Mr. Anil Srivastava, the founder and CEO of Vegazva Group, is an astute professional with almost three decades of experience in the global business environment.

An engineer from IIT-Kanpur and management postgraduate from Bombay University, he is also trained at Kellogg and Oxford through executive educational programs.

He has a well-rounded international experience which includes leading Sales & Marketing, managing large integrated plant operations, relocating of manufacturing from USA to India, bringing companies to India through Joint Ventures, government relationships, among others. Prior to Vegazva, he has spent almost two decades in Mineral and automotive industry.

His charismatic leadership, futuristic perspective and exemplary work ethos defines the fabric of Vegazva & has established the organization as a chosen, reliable and trusted engineering & IT solutions partner globally.

Dr. Kalika Srivastava, Member of the Board for Vegazva Companies and Member – Advisory Board of Vegazva Group is one of the founders of Vegazva.

Dr. Kalika Srivastava, a very keen and highly awarded student and internationally published academician, is a Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematics from prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. She spent first two decades of her professional life as an academician and administrator in leading Institutions of engineering and sciences in Mumbai University and North Cap University, Gurgaon, India as Professor and later as Head of Department for Applied Sciences.

For over a decade, Dr. Srivastava is actively engaged in organization building at Vegazva, guiding and supporting the Vegazva's management team in strategy, operational excellence, talent management, policy, and governance. She is based out of our Chicago office.

Mrs. Ranjana Verma, a management alumnus of the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology, has been associated with the organization for almost two decades, continuing to contribute towards key management portfolios over the years. A dynamic and result-oriented leader, as the President – India & Middle East, she is the custodian for the overall business performance, including profitability, growth, and strategic direction.

She has, in her past role, a proven track record towards making Vegazva Engineering Staffing Solutions a very strong branch within the Organization catering to leading names in the industry across the globe and has the adeptness at managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities, ensuring the profitability and long-term sustainability of the business. Her proactive, collaborative and sensitized leadership, people skills, along with a keen business foresight has been instrumental in building dynamic high-performing teams and strengthening the organization.

As the key member of the core team, Mrs. Verma's rich experience and mature perspective is integral to growth strategy and sustainability of the organization.

Mr. Dushyant Horra is a deep-rooted professional with almost three decades of experience in managing engineering operations and delivering high-impact projects across core engineering domains. With his commitment towards building strong & collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, he has a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, optimizing engineering processes, and driving engineering design and development engagements to client satisfaction.

He is adept at developing and executing technical strategies that align with business objectives, enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring on-time, on-budget project completion. As President - Engineering Delivery, he is responsible for the overall management of the engineering and technical operations of the company, ensuring successful delivery of engineering projects, and driving innovation within the organization.

Mr Horra has rich experience in working with overseas clients from North America, India and Middle East with a focus on enabling engineering design and development from an offshore facility. He has been an instrumental link in Vegazva's Onsite-Offshore model to efficiently support our clients' requirements as per their business needs.

Mr. Dushyant Malhotra is a result-driven, client focused professional with more than a decade of experience in driving operational efficiency, managing talent acquisition and leading end-to-end staffing in the North American geography in alignment with organizational goals.

With proven expertise in overseeing business operations, managing large-scale teams, and ensuring seamless staffing solutions that meet the dynamic needs of a fast-paced organization, he has been instrumental in building an exclusive clientele for the company in the staffing domain at a global level.

His comprehensive experience in end-to-end contract staffing, with a keen understanding of the international market trends, is manifested in his adeptness at leading staffing strategies, talent acquisition, and resource management to ensure high-quality talent pipelines, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

As the delivery Head of US Staffing and Operations, Mr Malhotra leads a dynamic team of professionals who are equally committed to drive cross-functional collaboration & deliver flawless staffing solutions in the Engineering & IT domain.

An experienced mature management professional with a bachelor's degree in commerce & a Master's in Finance, Mr. Singh is the Corporate Controller for Vegazva Group responsible for driving the commercial, legal and F&A objectives of the organization including the key aspects of financial strategy, budget, accounts, oversight, compliance etc.

With a comprehensive exposure of over two decades and a hands-on approach to work, he ably supports the departments & the management in keeping a firm handle on the overall health of the respective businesses, adeptly partners & liaises with external stakeholders on pertinent matters and ensures robust and ethical engagements with internal & external stakeholders in all geographies.

Himank is a highly motivated, capable young professional with strong leadership skills, focused on driving sales success in a dynamic and competitive North American market.

With a strong technical background and hands on training & experience of having worked in the United States and getting a real time exposure towards the design engineering opportunities in North American Markets, Himank, is focused on boosting sales growth, managing sales teams, and executing strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue of Vegazva in the designated region.

With comprehensive understanding of client needs and market dynamics, & singular commitment towards fostering a high-performance sales culture, as Manager Sales for North America, Himank plays a crucial role in the growth and expansion of Vegazva engineering service lines in alignment with the organizational goals.

With a keen business development acumen and proven track record in design engineering sales in the US geography, Anurag has been vested with responsibility for driving client acquisition efforts for Vegazva in the Middle East region.

He has a strong technical background and a win-win approach to negotiations which make him a successful sales professional consistently exceeding sales targets and converting high-profile accounts.

With his expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans which are rooted in a deep understanding of the markets, his flair for fostering strong client relationship & trust and his belief in achieving results through collaboration with all stakeholders, Anurag plays a key role in expansion and growth of our business streams in line with the company strategy and objectives.

A highly accomplished Projects professional with more than 45 years of diverse experience in EPC domain, Mr Ashok Grover has successfully helmed multi-disciplinary projects for core sector industries such as Hydrocarbon, Fertilizer, Steel, Oil and Gas, Thermal/ Nuclear Power besides the Chemical and pharmaceutical industry. Mr Grover has been associated with multinational brands including L&T, Technip, Black & Veatch, Jacobs Engineering etc under various capacities and has been integral to effective execution of high value EPC projects pan globe.

Before joining Vegazva, Mr. Grover spent over 15 years as at Simon India, an Advent Group company, holding positions of responsibility including CEO and focused on Engineering/EPCM projects in Oil & Gas, Fertilizer and Mineral industry. As Advisor for the Plant Design Engineering Services, Mr Grover's mentorship and guidance is integral to the Plant Design Services Division's strategic objectives/ road map, strengthening of its engineering capabilities and robustness of its systems and processes. Mr Grover holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a master's in Chemical engineering from University of Louisville, USA.
